Photo Release

Photos and/or videos are often taken during events (adult, family, and children's events). Group and individual images of events are a great way to market Central Cincinnati Parents to the public via website, Facebook, Instagram, and our newsletter. At no time will names of individuals be directly associated (or "tagged”) to the image unless done by the members themselves. 

 

I hereby consent to the publication and use of my likeness, and the likeness of my child(ren) for the purpose of promotion, publicity, advertising, or other manner of media by Central Cincinnati Parents. Likeness shall include, but not be limited to, photographs, illustration, sound and/or video records, film, brochures, publications, reports, web pages, promotional materials, or any other audio-visual, electronic, printed, tangible work in any media or format, now known or hereafter to become known, and/or reproductions of any of these. 

 

I hereby release and hold harmless Central Cincinnati Parents along with their respective volunteers, sponsors, or other representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of mine or my child(ren)’s Likeness by Central Cincinnati Parents. I understand and agree that neither I, nor my child, will be compensated in any way.
